20 ISIS elements killed in Albu Faraj cleansing operation north of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Saturday, the security committee in Khalidiya District in Anbar Province announced the cleansing of Albu Faraj region north of Ramadi (110 km west of Baghdad), in addition to the killing of 20 members of ISIS organization.
The Head of the committee Ibrahim Fahdawi said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “Today, the security forces managed to cleanse Albu Faraj region north of Ramadi, killing 20 ISIS elements including senior leaders.”
Fahdawi added, “The security forces started to cleanse the liberated areas, while dismantled a number of improvised explosive devices in order to open a safe passage for the ground forces to enter other areas north of Ramadi,” pointing out that, “ISIS organization is completely collapsed.”
