Anbar police receives sophisticated American weapons

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The Head of Khalidiya council in Anbar Province announced the distribution of American weapons to the emergency regiments of the provincial police, while pointed out that these weapons are sophisticated and modern.
The Head of the council Ali Dawood said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com: “The Chief of Anbar police Maj. Gen. Hadi Kassar Rseg has distributed American weapons to the police emergency regiments in Habbaniyah Base (30 km east of Ramadi).”
Dawood added, “The weapons that Anbar Police Command received are sophisticated and modern,” noting that, “Anbar emergency regiments proved their high abilities in combats through their participation in the military operations.”
