Destroying ISIS is my top priority, says Obama

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – US President Barack Obama revealed on Tuesday, that destroying the so-called ISIS is still his top priority, while pointed out that the control of ISIS terrorists in Syria and Iraq is shrinking.

Obama said in a statement during the White House meeting with senior US military officials followed by IraqiNews.com, “We continue to take on their leadership, their financial networks, their infrastructure,” indicating that, “We are going to squeeze them and we will defeat them.”

Obama added: “As we saw in Turkey and Belgium, ISIS still has the ability to launch serious terrorist attacks,” pointing out that, “We determined to intensify the efforts of the US-led coalition against the terrorist organization.”

Obama also pointed out, “Destroying ISIS is still my top priority, and there are real efforts exercised on both the diplomatic and intelligence levels.”
