Head of Salahuddin Council and Police Chief arrive in Tuz District

(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – An informed source revealed on Sunday, that the Head of Salahuddin Provincial Council Ahmed Karim and the Police Chief of the province Major General Damen al-Jubouri have arrived in Tuz to defuse the situation in the district.
The source reported for IraqiNews.com, “The Head of Salahuddin Provincial Council and the province’s Police Chief arrived in Tuz District to defuse the situation and stop the clashes between the two parties.”
Earlier today, violent clashes broke out between members of al-Hashd al-Shaabi and the Peshmerga forces in Tuz Khurmatu District, and cut the road linking between Baghdad and Kirkuk.
