46th Baghdad International Fair opens first time since 2019
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – Today marked the opening day of the 46th Baghdad International Fair since 2019. The trade show will be held from November 1–10, 2023, and is being organized by the Iraqi Ministry of Trade and the State Company for Iraqi Fairs and Commercial Services.
Atheer Daoud Al-Ghurairy, the Minister of Trade for Iraq, officially launched the show in Baghdad, which features 363 companies from 13 different nations.
“The opening of the Baghdad International Exhibition came after a three-year interruption due to the Corona pandemic that has swept the world as well as global challenges due to the repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian war,” said Al-Ghurairy.
The trade show includes international exhibitors from Germany, Iran, Japan, Jordan, India, Indonesia, Egypt, Pakistan, Palestine, Hungary, Italy, and Spain.
The Baghdad International Fair gives a chance for consultants, traders, and manufacturers interested in entering Iraq’s market.
Over 800 firms from 19 countries participated in the previous trade show, which attracted about 1,25,000 visitors.
