Babil Police arrests 24 suspects on different charges

Babil (IraqiNews) Babil Police Command, announced, on Sunday, apprehending 24 suspects, including 3 on theft charges, in different areas of the province.
The police command said in a press statement that its detachments arrested 24 suspects on different charges in the province.
Three of the suspects were apprehended on theft charges in central Hillah City, the statement added. The operations were carried out based on accurate security information.
All suspects were transferred to detention centers to complete the rest of the necessary legal procedures against them.
It is noteworthy that Babil is a province in central Iraq. The provincial capital is the city of Hillah, which lies opposite the ancient city of Babylon, on the Euphrates River.
