Tikrit attack on four axes with participation of 500 fighters, says Salahuddin MP

(IraqiNews.com) On Thursday, MP of Salahuddin province Badr Fahl revealed that the liberation plan of Tikrit includes the attack from four axes, indicating that 500 fighters from the city participated along with the Iraqi forces in the operation.
Fahl informed IraqiNews, “The attack on the remaining areas of Tikrit will be from the four main axes,” noting that, “The first axis is the southern side of Awja toward the city, and the second is the western region of al-Diom toward al-Zohour neighborhood in Tikrit.”
Fahl added, “The northern axis is the third, from Hayakil neighborhood towards the industrial district of the city,” pointing out that, “The fourth axis will be across the river between al-Alam district and Tikrit.”
