2 service projects initiated in Basra
BASRA / IraqiNews.com: A local company on Monday initiated work on two service projects in Basra’s al-Hussein neighborhood at a cost of nearly $4.5 million U.S. dollars, according to a local official. “The projects include the establishment of sewage networks in al-Hussein neighborhood (8 km west of Basra city),” the director of Basra’s construction unit, Ziyad Ali Fadhel, told IraqiNews.com news agency. A number of streets will be paved as part of the projects, he pointed out. The estimated completion period of the projects is eight months, the official added.
