Babel (IraqiNews.com) Babel Provincial Council decided to impose financial fines of no less than IQD 250,000 and no more than one IQD million on the owners of the local electric generators who do not adhere to the fixed night schedule of providing power or those who violate the stated fees for each AMP.
Babel PC’s Chairman said to IraqiNews.com correspondent “Babel PC decided to resume working according to (law. No. 119) of 2011 which was issued to supervise the performance of the private generators and concerning the power supplies hours from 11 a.m. till 12 midnight with some amendments.”
He added that “The Council decided to allocate financial award for the owners of power generators who perform well.”
