Baghdad Mayorship concludes contact with Alfaris Co.

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Baghdad Mayorship concluded a contract with Alfaris Company related to the Industry Ministry to supply five complexes for filtering water at a cost of IQD 1,135 milion.

A statement by the Mayorship cited “Water Directorate of Baghdad within BM concluded a contract with Alfaris Co. to provide it with 5 complexes for filtering water at a capacity of 200 cubic meters per hour to serve a number of neighborhoods in Baghdad.”

It pointed out that “Water Department of Baghdad will assume the installation of these complexes as soon as possible in order to provide additional quantities of pure water for the areas that suffer water scarcity until completing the strategic projects particularly (Rusafa Grand Water) project which will solve the scarcity of potable water permanently in the capital Baghdad.”
