CBI announces decline in USD $ sales during Monday auction session

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Central Bank of Iraq announced a decline in dollar sales in the auction session of Monday compared with the Sunday auction session where sales reached USD $173,000,000.

The CBI reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”During Monday auction session, the CBI sold USD $153,642,000 at price of 1166 Iraqi Dinars with the participation of 17 banks.”

”The price of bank transfers sale reached 1179 Iraqi Dinars including the commission deducted by the CBI while the price of dollar cash reached 1171 IQD,” the statement added.

”The CBI will continue selling US dollars in return of 1166 Iraqi Dinars within the same commission,” the statement pointed out.
