Dutch company to set up modern butchery in Karbala

KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: A Dutch company will implement a modern butchery project in Karbala at a cost of $11 million, a media official said on Friday. “Minister of Municipalities Riyadh Gharieb had laid the cornerstone of the butchery, the first of its kind in al-Furat al-Awsat region, in Karbala, on Thursday (Nov. 19) at a cost of $11 million (ID14 billion),” Majed Naji told IraqiNews.com news agency. “A Dutch company will implement the project within five months,” he added.
