Electricity ministry to warn Russian firm

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi ministry of electricity will send a final warning to the Russian company Technoprom Export for failing to refurbish two steam-powered electricity units at al-Hartha power plant in Basra, according to a ministry release on Thursday. “The contract would be cancelled if the company failed to deliver on its pledges,” read the release that was received by IraqiNews.com news agency.
