Electricity transformation stations opened in Basra
BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Basra’s governor on Thursday inaugurated two electricity transformation stations in the north of the province at a cost of over $5 million U.S. dollars. “The two stations were installed by Basra’s construction unit in nearly six months,” Governor Mohammed Mosbah al-Waili told IraqiNews.com news agency. Meanwhile, the head of the electricity distribution department in Basra, Engineer Sabah Abdelnabi said that the stations will help alleviate the pressure on other stations in the area.
