ISX slightly higher on Sunday

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com : Iraq’s Stock Exchange (ISX) index was up by 0.516 percent to settle at 50.010 points on Sunday. Traded shares in today’s session exceeded 348 million at a total value of over 451 million Iraqi dinars (nearly $382,000) by implementing 138 contracts. The banking sector achieved the highest trading volume with 77 percent, and the highest number of traded shares of 86.4 percent. Shares of 30 companies were traded in today’s session, of which 8 shares jumped, 10 slumped and 12 others maintained their previous levels. MH (P)/SR 1
