Kuwaiti companies to implement projects in Karbala

KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: A number of Kuwaiti companies on Wednesday expressed desire to implement hotel and housing projects in Karbala, the province’s governor said. “A delegation, representing a group of Kuwaiti companies, expressed readiness to carry out investment projects in Karbala,” Governor Amal al-Din al-Herr told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The delegation held a series of meetings and talks with the local government and reviewed possible projects that could be implemented, mainly in hotel and housing sectors,” the governor added. “Financial amounts allocated to Karbala by the federal government went to infrastructure projects and to government’s departments,” he explained.
