Labor Ministry plans 25b. ID projects in 2009

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Labor Ministry on Tuesday announced plans for the establishment of social and service projects all over the country at a cost of 25.5 billion Iraqi dinars during the current year. “The most prominent of these projects is a ministerial compound in the provinces of Najaf and Missan,” a statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency quoted the media advisor for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Abdullah al-Lami, as saying. “Two health centers and a vocational training center will be set up in Karbala and Thi-Qar,” Lami noted. 1 U.S. dollar = 1,118 Iraqi dinars.
