Ministry of Agriculture approves granting 688 loans

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Directors Board of Specialized Loaning Funds (SLF) within the Ministry of Agriculture approved granting 688 loans at total cost reached IQD (36 574 834 000).

The Ministry of Agriculture quoted Ghazi Radhi al-Abudy, the financial and administrative undersecretary of the Ministry and the member of SLF, as saying that ”The loans amount of money distributed according to the recommendations of the Loaning Committee and the authorizations of the Director General of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank.”

The statement added that ”IQD (9 617) million allocated for Animal Resources development funds and IQD (16 164) million granted to the mechanization and irrigation projects while developing palm cultivation received IQD(988 684 000) and finally IQD (9 366) million were allocated for the development of major investment projects.” \
