MoF launches agricultural loans for farmers

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Finance announced launching the agricultural loans for farmers.The Ministry of Finance reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com on Saturday “The agricultural loans will be launched for farmers and investors in agriculture as of this week and the loans will be available at the branches of the Agricultural Bank all over Iraqi provinces.””The Acting Minister of Finance, Ali al-Shukri, instructed the Agricultural Bank to allocate IQD ten billions for buffalo breeders in Dhi-Qar and Maysan marshes,” the statement added.”Shukri also instructed to establish mobile agricultural banks in the rural areas to offer the banking services there,” the statement pointed out. \END\
