MoT intends to establish 2 housing complexes in Maysan

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Housing and Construction, Mohammed al-Daraji announced that “The General Commission of Housing within the Ministry of Housing and Construction has concluded two contracts to establish two housing complexes in Maysan province within the investment plan of the Investment Commission of 2012.

According to the statement of Daraji that ”The first complex will be established on 60 acres at total cost of IQD (78) billion and will comprise (58) apartment buildings designed according to typical buildings.”

The statement added that ”The second housing complex will be established on (44) acres at total cost reaches IDQ (58,6) billion and will be composed of 40 apartment buildings.”

The Minister pointed out that ”These complexes will also include all the services facilities which the modern cities require as schools, health centers, markets and mosques in addition to paving roads and the green areas with all the municipal services networks.” \
