KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: Work has started to execute a new substation power facility in central Karbala city. “The project is being executed by a local firm,” a provincial source told IraqiNews.com news agency on Wednesday. He noted that the total cost of the project may reach ID4.313 billion. “It is planned to finish the project during this summer season,” the source pointed out.
