Oil Ministry develops fields along border with Kuwait, Iran

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Oil Ministry started developing oil fields near the borders with Kuwait and Iran, a ministry spokesperson said on Monday. “The ministry approached both Iran and Kuwait to develop combined fields,” Assim Jihad told IraqiNews.com news agency. “So far, the number of combined oil fields between Iraq and its neighbors is unknown,” he said.
