Parliament to vote on financial grants for students on Wednesday session, says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Member of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, MP Ghaida Kambash, assured that “The Parliament will vote on Wednesday session on the law draft of granting the students of universities and institutes financial grants.

MP Kambash added “The first article of the law stipulates granting monthly allowances for the low-income students.”

“The law also states to grant IQD 100,000 for undergraduate students and 150,000 for students of Master and PHD degrees as well as Higher Diploma for nine months along the studying season,” she added.
