Turkish consul encourages companies to invest in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: The Turkish consul in Basra called on the Turkish companies to invest in Iraq, mainly, in Basra. The consul, leading a Turkish delegation, met with the head of the provincial council and a number of its members. “ Talks with the Basra council’s members tackled the Turkish companies’ role in investment in Basra,” the consul told IraqiNews.com news agency. “ The Turkish companies have contributions in the Iraqi market and seek to increase their activities in Iraq, mainly in Basra,” he added.
