Khark Criminal Court issues death verdicts against 2 Thawrat Al-Ishreen Kidnappers

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Karkh Criminal Court issued death verdicts against two Thawrat Al-Ishreen defendants for being involved in abducting a man in cooperation with other criminals.

A statement by the Judicial authority quoted an official as saying “The convicted men confessed in details during the investigations about kidnapping the victim while he was driving his car in Kadhra neighborhood and drove him to a house where they gave him a narcotic substance led to his death then they threw the dead body and blackmailed the victim’s family.”

“The convicted confessed their belonging to a terrorist organization, the so-called Thawrat Al-Ishreen, which aims to destabilize the security and jeopardize the lives of the innocent citizens,” the official added.
