10 civilians die of hunger in a-Haditha
(IraqiNews.com) Chairman of Anbar Provincial Council Sabah Krhot announced on Wednesday, that ten civilians have died of hunger in Haditha, while held the Commerce Minister Las Muhammad Kasnazani responsible for the lack of food and not delivering it to Haditha and Baghdadi districts.
Krhot informed IraqiNews.com, “Ten civilians, including women and children, have died of hunger in Haditha District, (160 km west of Ramadi) due to lack of food and essential humanitarian aids to the district.”
Krhot held the Minister of Commerce responsible for the crisis which affects al-Haditha people who live in difficult conditions due to the lack of food and inability to access it.”
Krhot urged the central government to deliver food and other necessities to the people of the district by an air bridge between Baghdad and Ein al-Assad Base in Anbar.”
