500 displaced families return to Jalula District in Diyali

(IraqiNews.com) Diyali – Jalula District Council announced on Friday the return of 500 displaced families of the employees in various fields in order to support the government services in the district.

The head of the district council, Yaqoub Yusuf Ali, said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “500 displaced families of the employees from various departments in Jalula (70 km northeast of Baqubah), have returned during the past few days in an exceptional decision as part of the program to return the displaced.”

Ali added, “The exceptional decision to return the families of government departments came to support the government services in Jalawla after the return of more than two thousand families during the past few weeks.”
