Abadi underlines importance of building positive relationships with Kuwait

(IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, PM Haider al-Abadi laid stress on the importance of building positive relations with Kuwait.

Abadi’s office stated to IraqiNews.com that the latter had received today the Kuwaiti ambassador in Baghdad, Ghassan al-Zawawi.

“The two sides discussed strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries in all fields and the political and security developments in Iraq and the region,” the office added.

According to the statement, Abadi emphasized the importance of moving toward building positive relations between the two countries, and promoting the interest of the two nations within the security, economic and investment spheres.
