Babel’s Youth, Sports Dept. starts establishing football stadium in province

Babel (IraqiNews.com) The Youth and Sports Department of Babel province started the project of establishing football stadium in the province.

The Director of the Department, Rakhib al-Jenabi, stated to Iraqi News that “The project aims to erect a large stadium in Babel to absorb 30, 000 spectators,” noting that “It will be implemented by a foreign specialized company at cost of IQD 116 billion.”

It is worth to mention that Babel is witnessing currently the construction of several centers for sports that would participate in developing the sports situation in the province.
