Baghdad Governorate prepares requirements in case of natural disasters

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Baghdad Governorate announced “The completion of preparations for sheltering the affected people in case of natural disasters in the areas of shelters, outside Baghdad,” indicating the allocation of 1000 beds for emergency cases and 15,000 tents with their accessories.”

The Governor, Salah Abdul Razaq, during heading a meeting for Disasters Commission in the headquarter of the BG, with representatives of the concerned Ministries stated “Baghdad Governorate discussed with representatives of the Ministries, the proposed plans to shelter the affected people in all the capital’s regions during occurrence of natural disasters and contrived crises through cooperation and coordination among all concerned sides.”

Razaq assured “Allocating a comprehensive budget for the Disasters Commission about IQD (39) billion to buy the required materials of food stuffs and medical supplements.”
