Commander of IA 4th Division assures flexibility of holding voting of military elements

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Commander of the 4th Division of the Iraqi Army General “Hamid Qumar, assured that the special voting for the military elements will be held in a flexible way away from the political pressures and on time.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The elements of the 4th Division will vote on Aril the 14th, away from any political pressures.”

“The elements will be distributed into four electoral centers in Ouja, Tuz, Shurqat and Dijail where the security officials were ordered not to instruct their soldiers to vote for a certain slate and to be granted the freedom in voting for the candidates they like,” he concluded.
