Displaced families receive compensations in Kirkuk

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) The head of the supreme committee tasked to implement article (140) Kak Rash in Kirkuk province branch announced distribution of thousands of cheques as compensations for displaced families within Kirkuk province.

He reported in press statement ”According to the article (140), each displaced family should be compensated,” noting that “About (35,000) compensation cheques were distributed on displaced families and (11,000) cheques were distributed on families who have Arab nationalities.”

According to the article (140) of the Iraqi constitution, each displaced family should be compensated with IQD (10) million and IQD (20) million are allocated for Arab displaced families.” \
