Diwaniya Environment Dept impose fines on red meat slaughterhouses

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Diawniya Environment Directorate related to Environment Ministry announced imposing financial fines on a number of slaughterhouses of red meat related to Environment Dept of Diwaniya province, by the Directorate of Protecting and Improving Environment Dept. in the Middle Euphrates for violating the environmental laws.

A statement by the Directorate cited “The fines reached IQD 3 millions according to provisions of Article No. 33 of Protecting Environment Law No. 27 for 2009.”
