Diwaniya Health Department closes violating shops

Diwaniya (IraqiNews.com) Inspection teams within Diwaniya Health Department closed 38 shops on Sunday for violating the health standards in the province.

Director General of Diwaniya Health Department, Dr. Adnan Turki, told IraqiNews.com “Inspection teams within Diwaniya Health Department closed 38 shops which violated the health conditions and standards adopted by the Health Ministry in different areas in Diwaniya.”

“The inspection teams also fined owners of the violating shops with amounts that reach IQD 650,000 in order to guarantee achieving required health conditions,” Dr. Turki added.

He stressed “Diwaniya Health Department issued 137 new health licenses for factories and public shops in the province.” /End/
