Inauguration of 3 bridges, traffic tunnel soon

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Baghdad Mayorship announced that it will inaugurate soon three bridges and traffic tunnels to reduce traffic jams and facilitates traffic.

According to statement issued by the Relations and Media Directorate at the Baghdad Mayorship “The Baghdad Mayorship almost accomplished the bridge of Mat’haf Square in Alawi area at cost of IQD (11) billion.”

The statement added that “The Mayorship achieved progress rates in implementing the bridge of Salihiya area at cost of IQD(12) billion.”

The statement continued saying that “The Baghdad Mayorship has mostly completed the Iraqi traffic Tunnel in Bab-Muathem area at cost of IQD (14) billion,” noting that “The Tunnel aims to facilitate traffic in this area which includes several Ministers and governmental institutions as well as commercial centers and universities.” \
