Iraqi officials evade detection of financial interests

(IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Integrity Commission confirmed that a number of House of Representatives members―135 members including President of the Council Salim al-Jabouri, Vice President Humam Baqir Hamoudi and Aram Mohammed Ali Ahmed―have revealed their financial interests till the end of March, indicating that the commission has not yet received the disclosure of financial interests forms for the rest of the members.

The Commission stressed that it has not received Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq’s form, despite the detection of Prime Minister Haider Abadi, first and second vice presidents’ financial interests.
