Kirkuk: Dijla OC derails implementation of projects

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) Kirkuk Governor, Najmuldinne Kareem, announced that Dijla Operations Command disturbs the implementation of the projects in the province.

Kirkuk Governorate said that “Kirkuk Governor discussed during the regular meeting of the Service Departments Directors, the conditions of the projects in light of the funds spent from the budget, valued at IQD 345 billion.”

The Governor stressed during the meeting that Dijla Operations Command is hurdling the projects implementation in Kirkuk through preventing entering and transporting the soft asphalt (the essential material in paving the roads) by tanks near Al-Fatha bridge route.

Kareem instructed the service departments to double the efforts and accelerate the implementation of projects according to the specifications to complete the service projects prior to next winter, according to the statement.
