Ministry of Water resources develops Hilla river

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Water Resources commenced the development of the Hilla river, in order to maintain the banks of the river and add a touch of beauty for the city of Hilla.

A statement by the Ministry of Water Resources received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited that “The engineering and technical cadres at Iraq public company, one of the formations of the Ministry of Water Resources, under the supervision of the Department of Clearing Rivers conduct development of Hilla river in Babel province in order to maintain the banks of the river which passes through the city of Hilla.”

The statement added “The cost of project is IQD [30,384,000,000] billion.”
