MoWR coats Yoshib irrigation channel in Babel

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Water Resources announced implementing a project for lining the (kc16L) channel within Yoshib irrigation project in Tufail district in Babel province with a total cost that reached IQD (900) million. A statement by the Ministry cited “The technical and engineering staff in the General Bureau for Maintenance of Irrigation and Drainage Projects within the MoWR lined (900 meters) of the surface of the channel for purpose of reducing the loss in waters and eliminate the damage on the residential area and the agrarian lands in this district.”
