MPPC to offer suggestion to IP to deem Speicher massacre as genocide

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Zainab Al-Basry of the Martyrs and Prisoners Parliament ary Committee said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com “We are going to introduce a decision suggestion to the Iraqi Parliament considering Speicher massacre in Salah-il-Din as genocide.”
