Syrian regime founded ISIS with help of Iran says former Iraqi MP
(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Saturday former MP Taha Lahibi accused the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s regime of creating ISIS with the help of Iran, claiming that the United States penetrated the organization and that the conflict in Iraq is supposedly an American-Iranian conflict.
Lahibi said in a press statements “ISIS was founded by the Syrian regime with the help of Iran and was penetrated by the United States afterwards,” noting that, “ISIS offended Sunni Arabs more than the others.”
Lahibi added, “What is happening in Iraq is an American-Iranian conflict,” and that “When Iran compromised its nuclear file Iraqi security forces managed to enter Tikrit.”
