2 bombs defused, 3 suspects nabbed in Falluja
ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Falluja police forces have dismantled two explosive devices in the east of the city and captured three suspects, a local security source said on Monday. “On Monday, a force from al-Karma police defused two roadside explosive devices planted by unknown gunmen in the district,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “No casualties or damage were reported,” the source noted. “Meanwhile, police forces arrested three suspects in a village affiliated with the district following information about their role in planting explosive charges,” the source added. Falluja, the largest city in Anbar, lies 45 km west of Baghdad; while Ramadi, the capital of the province, lies 110 km west of Baghdad. SS (P) 1
