2 bombs injure 11 persons in Mosul
NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: A total of 11 persons were wounded on Wednesday in two bomb explosions in Mosul, a security source said. “An explosive charge went off targeting an Iraqi army vehicle patrol in al-Intesar neighborhood in southeastern Mosul, injuring two Iraqi soldiers,” the source told IraqiNews.com. “Nine civilians were injured in a roadside bomb blast targeting another Iraqi army vehicle patrol late Tuesday in al-Resala neighborhood in western Mosul,” he explained. Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa, lies 405 km north of Baghdad.
