2 gunmen killed in Kirkuk

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: Gunmen attacked an Iraqi-U.S. force while it was distributing small loans forms to activate the local economy in Kirkuk, the U.S. army media spokesperson said on Wednesday, explaining that the force responded killing two of the gunmen and wounding a third one. “The incident took place in Al-Riyadh neighborhood, southwestern Kirkuk,” Salam Saeed told IraqiNews.com news agency. “One woman and one U.S. soldier were wounded as one of the attacking gunmen used a grenade,” he said.
