2 ISIS militants killed while planting explosive mine in Baqubah

Diyali (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, a local source in the province of Diyali stated that, two ISIS elements have been killed while planting an explosive mine in northwest Baqubah.

The source informed IraqiNews, “Two ISIS militants have been killed in an explosion that occurred while planting an explosive device in al-Rabi’a village in the outskirts of al-Sa’idiya area, located 60 km northeast of Baqubah. ISIS militants use mines and other explosive devices to slow down the Iraqi forces advancing towards their seized territories.”
