2 U.S. copters crash in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Two U.S. helicopters crashed on Saturday evening while landing in a northern Baghdad neighborhood, a media advisor for the Multi-National Force (MNF) said. “One Iraqi soldier was killed, two others wounded and two U.S. soldiers injured,” al-Miqdad Jibrael told IraqiNews.com. An Iraqi security source said the crashes occurred in the area of al-Talibiya, northeastern Baghdad, while landing in the neighborhood, not giving more details.
