21 arrested, including a leader in armed organization, military sources

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Military forces arrested 21 wanted , including a leading member in an armed organization, military sources said here today. The source told IraqiNews.com that the leading member belongs to the Iraqi Islamic State who was captured in a military operation east of the city. On the other side, 4 oil tankers were seized for smuggling purposes, in addition to dismantling two explosive belts and locally-made rocket, south of the city. Mosul, center of Ninewa province , lies 405 km north of the capital,  Baghdad.
