23 wanted persons, suspects nabbed in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Twenty-three wanted persons and suspects on Monday were captured during search raids in different parts of Basra province, according to a local media source. “Ten wanted men were arrested on criminal charges, in addition to 13 suspects, including an Iranian woman who entered Iraqi territory illegally,” the relations and media office in Basra told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Thirteen unlicensed vehicles and three motorbikes were seized during the raids,” according to the office.
