25 ISIS militants surrender to Peshmerga forces after liberation of Qasbet Bashir
(IraqiNews.com) Kirkuk – A security source in Kirkuk Province revealed on Saturday, that 25 ISIS militants surrendered to the Peshmerga forces after the liberation of Qasbat Bashir in southern Kirkuk (250 km north of Baghdad).
The source said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “25 ISIS terrorists surrendered to the Peshmerga forces after the liberation of Bashir village in southern the city of Kirkuk.”
Noteworthy, Joint security forces from al-Hashed al-Shaabi, al-Hashed al-Turkmani and the Peshmerga forces were able to fully liberate Qasbat Bashir in southern Kirkuk, while raised the Iraqi flag over its government buildings.
