3 gunmen, woman arrested over links to AQI

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: Three gunmen and a woman were arrested for links to al-Qaeda-in-Iraq (AQI) near Khanaqin district, a local security source said on Tuesday. “During an early hour this morning, police forces captured four armed individuals, including a woman, at a checkpoint in al-Sadiya (35 km south of Khanaqin),” the source told Iraqi News. “An investigation is currently underway,” the source noted, providing no further details.
